Session #1 - Introduction to the Coaching Process​​

  • Overview of the Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Process

Client Assignment #1 - Prepare for Goal Selection

  1. Identify 2-3 Leadership behaviors that you either want to ‘turn up’ or ‘turn down’ before the next session on Spetmeber 26th (9-11 am).​

  2. Schedule 4 X 60 minute 1:1’s with your Coach (biweekly for 2 months) – Email to Follow
