Virtual Sessions

  • All Coaching Partners involved are encouraged to attend but it is NOT a requirement. Those who are not "Lead" or "Support" can use these sessions as an opportunity to observe and provide feedback for improvements.

  • Proposed Lead/Support Coach Schedule (Subject to change):

    • Thursday, September 14th (9:30-11:30AM Central Time) – Glynn/Lead, Susan/Support

    • Tuesday, September 26th (9:00-11:00AM Central Time) – Susan/Lead, Marc/Support

Session #1 - Introduction to the Coaching Process

Client Assignment #1 - Prepare for Goal Selection

  1. Identify 2-3 Leadership behaviors that you either want to ‘turn up’ or ‘turn down’ before the next session on Spetmeber 26th (9-11 am).​

  2. Schedule 4 X 60 minute 1:1’s with your Coach (biweekly for 2 months) – Email to Follow
