Throughout my life, I placed significant value on growth and development which is exhibited in my educational and professional achievements.  For the past 25 years I have been coaching and developing leaders at all levels of the organization.  I have had plenty of success over the years, and continually sought to grow, but I felt something was missing and I needed to exit the corporate world to find it.  Simply put, I wanted to move from a story of spectacular success in business to one of significance in serving others.  My passion is to multiply my many years of leadership experiences, leverage them through my formal credentials as a trained coach, and raise up the next generation of diverse leaders.

 

As a trained coach, I work with C-Suite executives and high potential leaders to lead with confidence, build executive presence and strategically drive business results.  I work with courageous people who want to personally grow. 

 

More than ever we need better leaders.  I seriously doubt any of us believe there are too many great leaders in the world today.  My goal as a coach is to grow the individual as a leader and help them achieve leadership excellence.  It is only when the individual is the best version of themselves, that they fulfill their role as a leader.

Glynn honed his leadership and coaching skills throughout his 25+ years in senior level management roles with RR Donnelley, a $5 billion publicly traded company.  He is an accomplished Board Director, Executive Coach, Founder, Advisory Board Member and former Global Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain executive. Glynn has extensive experience advising C-Suite, Board Members, Senior Executives, Business Owners and Manufacturing executives in businesses of all sizes, ranging from small start-up to F500 publicly traded companies.

 

With an established background as a trusted advisor, Glynn is known for creating authentic relationships, growing profitable global/domestic businesses, navigating transformations and economic pressures, and building / leading effective teams. As a seasoned leader, he provides services to companies as well as individuals that are high performers, entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives seeking to enhance performance and effectiveness, deliver better results, facilitate strategic change, navigate organizational transitions, and become the leader they were created to be.

 

Sought out for his P&L experience, DEI advocacy, strategic acumen, operational expertise, risk management, regulatory compliance and leadership skills, Glynn’s career progressed from initial management roles to culminate as Chief Supply Chain Officer & EVP of Operations. His executive positions and board interactions showcase his ability to guide impactful collaborations and game-changing results. With fiscal responsibility and Board accountability, he has held full P&L responsibility for a $1B business, spearheaded a company-wide transformation effort that yielded $400M in cost savings, and led multiple acquisition and divestiture activities representing approximately $1.2B in revenues, $85M in synergy cost savings and $250M in divestiture cash proceeds in his career. Glynn knows intimately the challenges that executives and high potential leaders face.

 

A graduate of Kansas State University, Glynn received his MBA from Eastern Illinois University. After a successful college baseball career, he was drafted by the New York Yankees, where he played for a minor league affiliate. Glynn and his wife Marketi have two adult children and five grandchildren. When not spending time with them, he enjoys sporting events, landscaping, and home improvement projects.
